Opened in 2014 at historic Denver’s Union Station, Mercantile dining & provisions is James Beard-award-winning Chef Alex Seidel’s second restaurant, showcasing the craftsmanship of local farmers, producers, purveyors, and the professional skills of our team. Offering seasonal American cuisine and modern takes on classic comfort food dishes, Mercantile is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
